Owls are great for painting an decorating:) of all birds, owls are the ones I draw most.

There used to be a family of small owls in our local park, were so fun to watch all the time. I guess they moved to the forest now in order to escape the city noise and crowds hanging around the park.

I did this project a while ago to make it a single printed page with poem about owl on it. 

Watercolor is one of my most favorite media, I love it passionately, though I use it seldom due to the most of commissions are requests on digital art. I also love mixing watercolor with other media, like Inktense blocks, colour pencils, chinese  and acrylic inks.

Hello! 

My name's Esfir and I love owls I'm freelance illustrator, currently living in Kyiv, Ukraine.

I've been drawing for my whole life and people kept wondering why don't I become an artist, until one day I did decide to leave my cosy marketing job and dive into stormy waves of professional art world :) 

I still got a long way to go, and every day, I try to create and learn something new, because it's fun and it's what I always wanted to do!

This blog is mostly about my drawings and sketches, and I'd really like to do some tutorials or write a few articles about the tools I use, mb some processes or video streams too when I get enough time to record them.
